ORDERS & SHIPPING

We ship all orders via Australia Post within 3-6 days of receiving your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. While we offer international shipping, we are unable to ship to countries that are currently restricted or experiencing conflict.

• Free standard shipping for orders over $100

• Flat shipping rate of $10 applies for orders under $100​

International Orders​

• As of August 2025, shipping to the USA has been temporarily suspended for all items except for original artworks & commissions.  ​

• For customers in the UK & the EU, please visit my Etsy shop for a smoother shopping and delivery experience — all orders there are processed in compliance with VAT requirements.​​

Please be aware customers outside Australia may be charged import fees by their local customs offices. Customers are responsible for paying these charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

All items are final sale. No returns are accepted.

Due to the fragility of fine art and paper goods, please note that all items, including preordered items, are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to update or cancel the order.
