We ship all orders via Australia Post Express within 3-6 days of receiving your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Commissions - completion time is subject to my workload, but I always endeavour to complete them as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need it by a certain date.

• Free express shipping for orders over $99 

• Flat shipping rate of $8 applies for orders under $99

All International Orders

• Free express shipping for all orders over $199

• Flat shipping rate of $18 applies for orders under $199

Please be aware customers outside Australia may be charged import fees by their local customs offices. Customers are responsible for paying these charges.

All items are final sale. No returns are accepted.

Due to the fragility of fine art and paper goods, please note that all items, including preordered items, are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to update or cancel the order.
