Rachel is an Australian artist and illustrator based in Melbourne.

Through her vision, most ordinary sceneries and objects turn into a whimsical, intricate piece of art. A quiet observer and firm believer of the idea that "art is everywhere", Rachel's artistic passion lies in expressing the beauty of the everyday world that surrounds us.

Hello friends, just wanted to share a new sketchbook drawing from last week. I’m trying to carve out an hour or so each week to work on my sketchbook. No theme, just something beautiful that catches my eye. Even after a full day of drawing and painting, opening up a sketchbook always feels refreshing and it’s something that I look forward to. Happy New Year! I put together some of the crowd favourites from 2024 today and I just thought to myself gosh what a year it was! 2024 was definitely my “year of firsts” and the most inspiring year. As a self-taught artist, I still have to pinch myself that I get to be part of so many incredible projects. To my collectors and collaborators, thank you for trusting my vision and creativity. I illustrated a book! It was the best feeling coming home from our trip to receive the advance copy of @charlottecoote latest book “The Flower Room”. Working with Charlotte and her talented team @cooteandco the last 12 months has been an absolute joy - learning about the colourful world of chintz, re-imagining the most opulent rooms in watercolours, walking around the grounds at Marnanie to gather inspiration… I can’t wait for you to discover all the beauty that’s been packed into this book!
